I don’t use this term lightly, but Keith is a ‘legend’ in the franchise industry. I was very fortunate to work alongside him over the last five years as we grew Franconnect, including the addition of several new products for our customers. Keith’s deep understanding of the industry was crucial, enabling me to rely on him not only for insights into the current state of the industry but, more importantly, its future direction.
