A Franchise Relationships Institute pathway for experienced field managers who want to join the Advanced Field Manager Bootcamp without completing the Foundation program. Participants complete self-paced Foundation pre-work (short videos on key models and tools, selected readings, and diagnostic exercises), then attend a two-hour personal coaching session with Greg Nathan, Founder of the Franchise Relationships Institute, who debriefs their diagnostic results. Graduates join the Advanced Bootcamp alongside Foundation graduates. Six virtual sessions: November 4, 10, 12, 17, 19 and 20, 9:30-11:30 AEST.
