Her unique perspective stems from her hands-on experience as a multi-unit franchisee combined with deep expertise in private equity transactions.
A respected thought leader, Ms. Miller has authored over 100 articles in publications, including Franchise Times, Entrepreneur, and Forbes. Her recent book, “Big Money in Franchising” (2024), examines private equity’s impact on franchise stakeholders. She currently serves as an independent director for Elevated Ventures Group and advisor to the International Franchise Association’s CFE program.
